Welcome to KoinVu ("KoinVu", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the KoinVu mobile application, website, and related services ("Services"). By creating an account or using KoinVu, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using our Services.

1. Eligibility

To use KoinVu, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age required in your jurisdiction.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate personal information during registration.
  • Keeping your mobile number and email address updated.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and MPIN.
  • Reporting any unauthorized access or suspicious activity immediately.

KoinVu reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, inaccurate, or misleading information.

KoinVu provides digital financial utility services, which may include:

  • Mobile Recharge
  • DTH Recharge
  • Electricity, Water & Gas Bill Payments
  • Broadband & Landline Payments
  • FASTag Recharge
  • Insurance Premium Payments
  • Loan & EMI Payments
  • Travel & Ticket Booking (where available)
  • Cashback & Reward Programs
  • Referral Program
  • XP Rewards & VU Points
  • Secure Digital Account Management

Service availability may vary depending on location, payment partners, banks, billers, operators, and regulatory requirements.

4. Payments

  • All payment information provided by you must be accurate and complete.
  • Transactions are processed only after successful payment authorization.
  • Once a transaction has been successfully processed, it may not be reversible unless permitted by the respective service provider or applicable law.
  • KoinVu is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, UPI providers, telecom operators, utility providers, or other third-party service providers.

5. Rewards & Referral Program

KoinVu may provide cashback, promotional rewards, XP, VU Points, referral bonuses, and other benefits.

  • Rewards are subject to eligibility criteria.
  • Rewards may have expiry dates.
  • Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash unless specifically stated.
  • KoinVu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any reward program at any time.

Fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activities may result in forfeiture of rewards and suspension of your account.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for protecting your account by:

  • Keeping your password and MPIN confidential.
  • Never sharing OTPs with anyone.
  • Logging out from shared or public devices.
  • Reporting suspicious activity immediately.

KoinVu shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your negligence in protecting your account credentials.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use KoinVu for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
  • Interfere with the security, integrity, or functionality of the Services.
  • Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Misuse promotional offers, referral programs, or reward systems.
  • Impersonate another individual, business, or organization.

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted services, KoinVu does not guarantee continuous availability.

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Technical issues
  • Network failures
  • Third-party service disruptions
  • Regulatory or compliance requirements

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on KoinVu, including but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Branding
  • Software
  • Graphics
  • Icons
  • Designs
  • Text
  • Trademarks

is owned by or licensed to KoinVu and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KoinVu shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities.
  • Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
  • Delays caused by banks, payment gateways, operators, or other third-party providers.
  • User errors, incorrect payment details, or unauthorized account access.

Our total liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the amount directly related to the affected transaction.

11. Suspension & Termination

KoinVu may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

  • You violate these Terms & Conditions.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
  • Required by applicable law or regulatory authorities.
  • False or misleading information is provided during registration.

Your use of KoinVu is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

13. Changes to Terms

KoinVu reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated Terms will become effective immediately upon publication within the application or on our official website. Continued use of KoinVu after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of KoinVu shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
